3. Ticket Purchase and Ownership

A scanned copy of this ticket will be sent to your email, which serves as your proof of ownership. You are the sole and exclusive owner of the ticket. The physical ticket is held in trust for you by us in a secure location.
4. Winnings and Payouts
We do not charge any commission on winnings. All prize money is 100% yours. For minor prizes, we will collect the winnings on your behalf and transfer them to you. For major prizes (e.g., jackpots), we will provide full assistance to you in claiming the prize directly from the official lottery operator, which may include securely delivering the physical ticket to you.
5. Limitation of Liability
GoldenOutback is not liable for any losses incurred due to errors in the numbers you provide, or for any failure of the lottery operator. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the ticket. We act in good faith to ensure all tickets are purchased correctly, but we are not responsible for human error or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
